The practice of AcroYoga might not relate to sex much, but Kayna found a way to bridge her hobby with her career. Using her knowledge of neuroscience, sex therapy, and somatic interventions, she created new healing modalities where clients learn to transform their relationships with their bodies and partners by helping them embody self-trust, effective communication, and play. In this segment, she explains that transformation comes "when we pay attention to what is happening inside and asking for what we need. We build these muscles to be able to have healthier communication skills." Read more here.

Instead of assigning blame or avoiding the topic, these conversations can strengthen emotional intimacy and teamwork in the relationship. Transforming difficult topics into moments of vulnerability and mutual support builds trust and encourages solutions that benefit both partners. Read more here.
